Shipping policy

We deploy various methods of shipping, including direct ship from vendors and shipping from our warehouse in Iowa.  Your order may have a combination of shipping methods. We offer free local pick-up for residents near our Iowa store. 

We offer free shipping on orders over $75, however there are a few exceptions for bulky or large items that have a  shipping surcharge (these items not eligible for free shipping and will be annotated in product listing). Additionally, seasonal sale items may not qualify for free shipping. 

Warehouse Shipped Items: We typically process your order within a week of receiving your order. As soon as the product ships, you'll get a tracking number to keep tabs on your product at all times. Some items are made to order with a longer processing time and are non-returnable (this is noted on the product page).  

Direct Shipped Items: Products designated with DS ship directly from the manufacturer.  Please allow extended shipping times (up to 3 weeks). Items from orders containing both warehouses and DS items may ship separately, but the order total will be used to qualify for free shipping of the entire order.
