Refund policy

We think you'll love your items as much as we do! But, in case you don't, here is the deal:

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to return the item, including damaged or non-working merchandise.  Please note - holiday or seasonal items are considered non-returnable. Sale items are also considered non-returnable. Made-to-order framed art prints are non-returnable. See exceptions section below for additional non-returnable items.  Returns are reimbursed as store credit (a gift card will be emailed to you - this card can be used in-store or online). 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at theramsayboutique@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. The return shipping charges may be deducted from refund. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once items are received and in new, unused, and undamaged condition, the reimbursement will be issued for store credit via gift card, which will be emailed to the email on the order.  Gift cards can be used online or in-store.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We cannot provide returns outside of 30 days of purchase for any reason.  


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, fresh flowers, or live plants), custom products (such as made-to-order artwork as noted in the product listing, special orders or personalized items), seasonal items, sale items, and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, sale items, or seasonal merchandise.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the reimbursement was approved or not. If approved, you'll be refunded via gift card emailed to your account, which is store credit that can be used online or in-store.  The cost of return shipping may be deducted from refund.
