Your Iowa-warehoused products will pack and ship within 3-4 days of your order, and a tracking link will be emailed when the shipping label is generated. Local pickup orders will be ready in 2-3 days from ordering. An email will be sent with instructions for where to pick up your order once it’s been packaged and ready for pick up. Some items are shipped directly from the manufacturer, and extended shipping times may apply (up to 3 weeks). These items are designated with a (DS) and on the listing.
What's your return policy?
Contact us for returns - all reimbursements will be issued as store credit via gift card, emailed to your account. Gift cards an be used online or in-store.. Items will need to be returned in unopened, undamaged, and unused condition in their original packaging within 30 days of receipt. We cannot offer returns after 30 days. We cannot offer returns on seasonal or sale merchandise, or made-to-order artwork. Return shipping charges may be deducted from refund. If an item is broken or not working, we can make it right with notice and photos within 30 days of purchase. 3. What happens if I receive the wrong item?
Please check your order upon receipt for any issues. If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then simply notify us, and we’ll fix it!
